Ok Robert, that is where you lost me! I don't know many people who can learn that little trade without spending about 10 years in college. No don't get me wrong, Robert Allen has his stuff together. He is doing something, and what ever it is works for him very well. Maybe they go over this little contract issue at the 15,000 dollar course he offers all of his guests. I don't know for sure. BUT I DO KNOW HOW HE DOES IT!
