Herbalife Review Time to Get the Facts Straight





The Herbalife scam is absolutely not true. This quick Herbalife MLM review will focus on the history and leadership. History - 30 years in the making. Mark Hughes, the company's founder, had enough of a vision to sell products from the trunk of his car and to take the company public. You can find Herbalife under the ticker symbol HLF on the New York Stock Exchange.As of this writing they're trading at $38 a share. This company over the last 30 years has exploded into 72 countries with 1.9 million distributors worldwide.

Herbalife Leadership - Michael O. Johnson, Richard P. Goudis, Y. Steve Henig - So can they lead this company beyond this turbulent economic period? After taking a look at their public resumes, I will say yes. But, since this is a public company there are investors who will influence what they do and the decisions that they make. According to the research that I've found, none of these leaders have network marketing experience at the corporate level. Which to me is a negative, however they do have publicly held corporate experience and that's a positive. So you have to evaluate two points. How can these leaders focus their support and leadership to help the distributors? And how can they continue to improve their market share of the health and wellness industry?

Herbalife Compensation Plan - They employ a stair-step break-away compensation plan. The pros are that if you recruit and successfully train a handful of business masterminds that have experience and can manage organizations, then you can make a little bit of coin. The negative part of this plan is the break-away aspect. The average network marketing superstar is going to produce the average. So what usually happens is that when someone recruits an eagle, that eagle produces a ton for them and they reap the benefits of that. But once they reach the break-away threshold, they take that margin with them. All isn't lost because they'll still earn royalties, but to get back to that initial production takes more time and more training.

Herbalife Company Resources - myHerbalife, Herbalife Central - As with any resource, they're only as good as you use them. myHerbalife is a central location where you'll find out when and where the corporate sponsored opportunity meetings are and if there are any independent distributor meetings in the area. Since I am not a distributor, nor the C.I.A. I did not have access to the inside. I did my research purely online because there are so many reviews out on the internet that I was able to put together all of the pieces. This is a place where you can manage your downline, product orders, receive company communications and training.

Herbalife is a company that is successful and will continue to be successful because if its leadership and products. The nagging part about this company that I don't like is that new and other less seasoned distributors will have an issue maintaining and growing like others in the company have done in the past. In addition, there is an element of distribution and inventory management that people will need to understand. You can have Herbalife drop ship products, however if you're a recruiter and trainer, you have to have products on hand so that your downline can hit the ground running. So if people order products not thinking about how they're going to distribute them, they will have perpetual overstock.
