This is what happened. I was abruptly let go from my most recent occupation as a welder and I didn't have any idea which way my life was headed. Even though those jobs provided for me financially, I was still never honestly happy with my circumstances and knew that I had to make several changes if I was going to achieve real happiness. The quick version of this story, it turned out that being let go from that job would be one of the best things that ever happened to me. (aside from my two wonderful daughters of course) That's the time I threw up my hands and had to ask myself, What are you going to do to avoid this from ever happening all over again? That is at what time I got online and began to look for some solutions. I wanted to return to direct sales for the reason that I was good at it and very prosperous when I was doing it. I saw an advertisement on Craigslist that read Be Your Own Boss. Who doesn't that sound good to? That is at what time I was introduced to the MLM/Network Marketing industry, signed up at once and opened a home based business. Now this is where this story takes a critical turn. I was thinking this would be easy since the company I partnered up with had products that the majority of people need and my upline was extremely successful in the way that they were forming their business. I was hype! That could not have been farther than the truth. I was struggling miserably, thought about quitting and going out to acquire another job. I knew that there had to be some answers because of all the results that I could clearly see that others were having in the Network Marketing industry. So back to the internet I went yet again. I started seeing statistics all over the place that over 95% of the people in the Network Marketing industry put more cash into their home based business opportunity than they ever see in return, go out of business and give up within their first 90 days of launching their opportunity. What did I get myself into? I kept reading on and established why this was going on and it was like this guy was talking precisely to me! He allegedthat the reason that so many crash in this terrific industry is because that when the greater part of individuals sign up that their sponsor will tell them to form a list of your family and friends, begin using the 3 foot rule, putting up flyers, cold calling and holding meetings. Yep, that is precisely what they asked me to do! This is when I kept on reading and was introduced to the concept of attraction marketing and that the most effective tool that can be used for shaping a Network Marketing business today was the internet. By the way, I didn't even know how to copy and paste! LOL! I was VERY BLESSED to partner up with a few TRUE mentors and top producers in the industry that took my hand was able to show me how to form a successful business online. Don't get me wrong, I'm not one of those guys that says that the internet is the only way to build a Network Marketing business. There are people that form very profitable organizations doing the belly to belly thing but it wasn't working for me. There are individuals that struggle for YEARS prior to them being able to achieve prosperity in the MLM industry so I deem myself very lucky to have found this at such an early phase in my new-found career. They said there are two words in Network Marketing,(DUH!) the critical word being MARKETING! You must be able to market effectively to have true success when structuring a business online they said. When you comprehend how to put the concepts of attraction marketing in position, you no longer have to pursue folks and try to convince them to merge with you in your organization. They come to you and hand you their information wanting you to contact them. Long story short, they taught me how to brand myself, put a system in place that in turn enables me to create an endless quantity of leads each day to build MY OWN list and convert those leads into team members and paying customers. Not only that, the knowledge of how to now pass along that value onto others that are looking for the solutions that are desired by so many in the industry. The greater part of folks do not care about your products, company or compensation plan. We all have them! People join people. They want to know if YOU are going to be able to get THEM results and now that response for me is an astounding YES! I now have the privledge of talking to amazing people in the industry or individuals looking to start being their own boss each day and being able to explain to them the EXACT marketing techniques that are being used by the top producers in the Network Marketing industry that allows me to operate from the comfort of my own home EVERY day.
