Don't be surprised if the entire family begins scooping and topping the sorbet as quickly as the kids.

Sorbet captures the essence of summer fruits and is almost completely fat-free. Best of all this yummy dessert is easy to make. Sorbet contains no milk. Ice cream has air whipped into it, sorbet has almost none, which makes sorbet a dense and extremely yummy product.

You may add any type of berries to a sorbet recipe. Raspberries and strawberries make a yummy and healthy sorbet. Fruit Sorbet is packed with vitamins and fiber as well as a nice sweet taste. When you tire of eating fresh fruit, try some of these healthy recipes. Most of the recipes work well with frozen berries too.
