It is a brand new year. Decide to stop being insane in 2010. Albert Einstein said: “Insanity is to do the same thing over and over and expecting different results. “ Change the way you operate your mlm network marketing business and follow these MLM success tips.

Have a clear vision and clear goal

The ultimate reason for setting goals is to encourage you to become the person that will be able to achieve the goal. Know what you want to achieve in your mlm network marketing business in 2010. Write down every goal and be specific. A goal is not a goal unless you write it down.

Create a powerful vision for your life to inspire you. Believe in your vision and do not allow any difficulty to fade it and obstruct it. What is your dream? Start acting and develop a strategic plan to achieve your dream. Know what you want to achiieve in the next 3 months, 6 months, 1 and 5 years and work out the plan to get you there.

Quoting Jim Rohn: “Success is 20% skills and 80% strategy. You might know how to read, but it is more important to know what is your plan to read?”

Become valuable by increasing your skill

Do not wish it were easier to build a mlm business from nothing. Wish you were better. Do not desire for less challenges; wish for more skill. You cannot achieve your dreams if you do not upgrade your skill level in the marketplace.

There is only one way to build a successful mlm businesson the internet is to use a marketing system that fundamentally uses attraction marketing principles.

In short. Become valuable by increasing you knowledge and you will attract people to you naturally. Stop hunting prospects for your business and stop to market your main business opportunity online. Set your focus to learn every skill you will need to assist others with generating your own leads for your business, prospecting and building their mlm business.

Take action

A home business owner gets paid for only two things. Selling (your products or service) and recruiting (new distributors). You should focus your energy on actions that results in new sales and new distributors.

Spend 80% of your time on contacting prospects and adding new people to your business or that of a team member. Spend approximately 18% of your time training and spend only 2% of your time on problem solving. Most network marketing entrepreneurs spent only 2% of their time prospecting.

Make discipline a necessity

Discipline will determine if you actually achieve a goal or not. Build your business on the foundation of discipline if you want to have success.

Having no discipline always end up in failure.

Be disciplined in the small actions you must take every day.

Simplify every step in the process

Break all the strategies and daily actions down into the simplest possible steps. You will build a stronger and more secure team if you do that.

Decide to become a leader

Do not pursue success. Attract it by becoming a leader. To attract attractive people, you must become attractive. To attract powerful people, you must be powerful. To attract committed people, you must become committed. Instead of going to work on other people, go to work on you. If you become, you can attract.

People do not listen to what you say, they listen to what you do.. Show your team what to do and prove your recommended method by demonstrating it in front of them.

Outsource

You are part of a system. Do not try to do everything in your mlm business yourself. You only make money from recruiting and selling.

Outsource any activity that does not improve your sales and increase your recruitment. Keep the main thing the main thing.

Get momentum

It is much easier to build a business fast than to do it slow. It is impossible to maintain focus and remain excited without momentum. Get excited with a burst of energy. Keep a picture in your mind of building a huge organization fast.

Do not skim on personal development

Income seldom exceeds personal development.

Do not get so involved in your lead generation and recruiting activities that you don't make time for your personal development. Personal development lies at the core of your growth and a successful network marketing business.

You sell dreams

Recruiting is the engine that drives ALL growth in every mlm business. Always remember that recruiting is not selling a product or a service. To recruit is to sell a vision, a dream and a relationship.
