Vision & Focus-Leaders, Millionaires and Superstars all have a vision of where they want to be in life and in their business. Start with a focus for your life and create a vision of the production of your business opportunity, and remain pinpoint, bulls-eye, laser focused and don't let anyone tell you that you can't make it happen.
Goals and Plans - Stop reading this if you want to remain average. Its crucial that you recognize your long and short term goals, both in business and in your life. Being complacent is an all too easy area to fall into. Change your goals to "promises" to yourself. Nobody likes to break a promise. Goals are set each New Year and most are scraped and thrown to the wayside be months end. Heres a New Years promise to yourself; I promise not to compromise and not let give up on my dreams!
Initial Burn-Get ready for the initial burn session. This is the ugly place that you go to, after you have determined your vision and created your plan that will move you towards your dreams, that everyone experiences on some level or another. You lose track of the vision of why you ever thought you could be successful as a home business professional and it can take you to a very dark and lonely place. It can come at you hard and fast and don't be surprised if your peers or even family members who think you are whacked out and crazy. The main thing to do is constantly remind yourself what a difference you will make for the future of your family. Get back on that track and remind yourself that you will not be a part of the 97% that fail!
Leaders & Mentors-Choosing to follow the right partner is crucial to elevating your success in a home based and internet marketing business. Make sure there is a core values match. Are they moral, legal and ethical in their success and can they supply you with the current trends and training for marketing your business online.
Masterminding-You wont get to the top without support and being inspired by a clear and compelling vision and a plan to make it come true. When you help others solve problems, share ideas, feedback, information, resources, and thoughts, you create results whether it be face to face, phone or webinars, you are masterminding! 2 heads are better than one and more can be achieved in less time when people work together. Participating in weekly webinars has been critical for me and I cant imagine achieving all I have without one.
Maximum Results/Minimum Effort-and time, all while gaining maximum results. This allows me to dedicate more time and energy into helping my team become successful in thier business opportunities. When you have the roadmap to make this happen, life is easier and much more fun. Take the time to educate yourself on marketing platforms and your business will reach new heights.
Time Blocking- I learned this from David Allen several years ago. Each day is divided into time blocks and by carving sections out each day and each week based on priorities, you will be shocked at what you can accomplish instead of simply waking up, sitting at your computer and working on whatever comes to mind. Take the necessary steps and block out enough time to work "on your business" as opposed to "in your business". Every first Friday, I block out 6 hours to fully developing ideas, strategies and concepts that I otherwise cannot get done in the course of a normal workday due to the normal flow of my day. I have a file that is labeled "Someday/Maybe" that I continually put sticky notes, torn paper, napkins full of thoughts and ideas, and then I'll go thru them on my designated Friday and get my creative juices flowing!
Persistence-Set and Attack your goal (your promises) with blazing fully maxed out effort and continue with your course of action without . Being persistent is tenaciously fighting and enduring through all the opposition, and you will have challenges. Prepare for it and fight through it for the finsh line!
Passion-Alot of folks when asked what passion means they describe it with thoughts of love. But, passion is also a deep burning desire to go after what you want and to reach for your goals every day. Hit the "passion reset button", adjust your vision so that you find that focus you had in the beginning Its still there, it just needs a slight adjustment.
Endurance-Can you withstand the obstacles that you will encounter? Sometimes multiple challenges every day? Passion and Persistence are Endurance's intimate friends that help you bear the hardships and assist you after you clear each hazard.
Apply each of these generously and you will undoubtedly strengthen the foundation to your mlm business opportunity!

Each day we have goals, tasks and honey-do lists that we try to fit into our day, and inevitably, the day comes before we cross everything off on our lists. But do you know someone that has a busy and full lifestyle that seems to always get everything done? ##lt

All of our boys are active in major sports, they attend catholic schools (which means lots of volunteering at school and church), I play guitar in our church contemporary rock band, and we do not have a maid for laundry, cleaning and food prep! Of course we have our challenges with teens and everything that comes with raising children, but I have been able to multiply time, simply by learning to manage it well. gt##Form a weekly Battle Plan- I take Sunday night, right after my younger children are in bed, to chart out my week and break down my business, family and social commitments. My head is so much clearer when all the thoughts of the weekend are out and on paper to allow me to start the process all over again.##lt

gt##Don't procrastinate-there are loads of books and tips on this topic. Its so very easy to let incomplete activities pile up and keep you hindered in work activities that should already be done in its proper time, and there seems to always be something that needs to be done now. ##lt

gt##Learn to say No and hit that delete button often!-Get in the habit of saying no when nonessential actions clash with your priorities. Also, delete emails that do no pertain to your specific business. Stay focused and do not let the latest and greatest offer or "must act and get in now" pre-launch cloud your vision.##lt

gt##Create a How to Journal-I make a step by step instructional journal when I start something new. This can be as simple as how I use my preferred article submitter software, what settings I use for you tube or my screen recording software (camtasia) or how I respond to often asked questions via emails. This allows me to not waste time experimenting or trial and error stuff. I did in once and don't want to re-learn certain business tools again. I coin it as the "mack truck theory". If a mack truck hits me and I am laid up for any period of time, one of my team can temporarily step in and keep some of my time sensitive materials going out because they have a manual on how I want things done. ##lt
