It's not handing out fliers, business cards, and brochures. It's not begging everyone to come to your home meetings, or trying to drag people to hotel meetings. It's actually the opposite of those things. Wow, what a relief right?! If you're doing any of that or have before, I'm sure you can relate. Attraction marketing is really just giving people value, and giving it at no cost to them. By giving people useful and valuable information that can help them, they'll be attracted to you, and they'll want to hear more from you, as long as you keep giving information that has value. Branding Yourself You need to brand yourself, let people see who you are and what kind of person you really are. They'll start feeling that they are getting to know you and will trust you and like you because you gave them value and you showed them about you and your life. You can do this with videos, or even just pictures, and then with the emails they've allowed you to send to them. Attraction Marketing and your Business Marketing is sales and so attraction marketing is too. The difference is what you're selling. In attraction marketing you're selling yourself, instead of your product, opportunity, or service. You shouldn't even bring these up until a relationship is there and they know that they can trust you. You'll want to position yourself as an expert by giving valuable free information and providing possible solutions. When you do this, instead of you having to chase after prospects, they will be coming to you. You're marketing yourself instead of your business. Talk to them like friends, and give them information or knowledge that you have that can help them ease a pain or solve a problem. With the internet there are nearly endless possibilities for prospects for your business. Think about how many people, from all over the world, are online daily looking for information, wanting answers to their questions, solutions to their problems, ways to simplify their lives, ways to improve their lives, ways to improve their finances, you name it, they're searching for it. And when they come across you, because of you using attraction marketing methods, and you're offering information and/or a solution for what they're looking for, you now have a targeted prospect. They'll come to you for more information and give you consent to communicate with them. By providing value, you'll generate targeted leads and build a list, who you'll stay in contact with and continue to provide value to. You're building a relationship with your prospects and they'll look to you for guidance. They'll take a serious look at what you recommend to them because they'll feel like they know you and you've earned their trust. Once you have someone's trust, it's likely that person will listen to you and probably follow you in any program you promote.
