Bacteria prefer a warm and moist environment, so the vaginal yeast infection tends to be the most active of all the yeast infections due to the surroundings. Along with unsweetened yogurt, you should make sure there's garlic in your diet, whole grains, lots of vegetables and brown rice. All of these will help you from contracting bacterial vaginal infections.
