Timex Solar Watch A Man s Best Friend

The Ironman Shock defines the Timex Solar Watch because its new digital features that include a fifty-lap memory, two-mode countdown timer, and water resistance to six hundred and sixty feet. It has orange and white lettering and numbers can be read even in complete darkness because of a night light that is very bright. The stainless steel bezel, similar to the Atomic Solar Watch, adds a professional look to the watch but also helps to mark and set information.

The timepiece is placed in a stainless steel hard-case, reinforced with resin for strength and reliability to protect against scrapes and scratches. After all, as seen by the name of the watch, the Timex Solar Watch is powered by the sun and is shock-resistant for a variety of field applications.

The historical company slogan used to say, this timepiece"takes a licking and keeps on ticking." The shock resistance feature adds about another .15cm to the timepiece's height, however its hard to notice any difference because it sits not too much higher and featuring buttons that extend out from the body only as needed and no more.

Through time, this watch has been a popular piece among men, equally at home in the office and the gym or field. Just like the Atomic Solar Watch, this watch has a case that's thick, modest and reliable. The quality of the make is fantastic and it has always kept solid features. It has been very well-received and should be a welcome companion for any occasion. When it is new, it will need to be left in the sun for a day or two in order to fully charge. These timepieces can be set to display 12 or 24-hour time formats.

A Timex Solar Watch is made by one of the most storied of American companies, who brought to market one of the world's first digital watches ever. Thi make also features the electroluminescent lamps that have been providing the backlight to its watches and, under license, those of others for well over two decades. With experience and workmanship like that, a this watch is a worker and a keeper.

Indeed, the company goes all the way back to 1854, and introduced the first Mickey Mouse clock in 1933. The Ironman Shock, a lot leaner and meaner, carries on that tradition of innovation in technology and design into the 21st Century. But it's all backed by a one-year warranty for good old-fashioned peace-of-mind reliability.

Timex Ironman Time Tested
The Timex Ironman line of wristwatches is one of the most popular of timepieces available. One of the most useful models is the Shock, which happens to be solar-powered and thus very handy. This Timex Ironman is perhaps the leanest and meanest of all the makes ever made, not unlike an Altimeter Compass Watch. True, its lap-memory feature is only half that of something like the more expensive Triathlon, but it's a true Ironman all right, with the same sporty digital design as the rest of the...

The Ironman Shock is, however, a true Timex nonetheless, with the same sporty and...

Timex Expedition Becomes Both Formal and Informal
The Timex Expedition is a chronograph watch with a bezel that's got a tachymeter engraved in it in order to measure time over distance. Don t Get Stuck With A Replica Casio Atomic Solar Watch
How do you think replicas look and work so similar to the real thing? Why Solar G Shock Helps For Outdoor Activities
Casio's Solar G Shock is a tough and practical line of watches that have long been favorites of uniformed personnel for their versatility and durability. The Invicta watches, for example, have pressure resistant of over 50 ATM which...

Raphael Picards Vision Comes True With Invicta Mens Watch
An Invicta Men's Watch epitomizes the vision of founder Raphael Picard, established back in 1837 to make world-famous Swiss timekeeping available at moderate prices.
