Whatever is the reason to migrate, it must be clear in the application form. It is important that application must be thoroughly complete with accurate information, otherwise it may result in wastage of time or even rejection. So, here are 5 important steps that must be understood before anyone should apply for immigration. Step1: Research thoroughly the country to which you want to migrate. Google out every detail and sift through the information. Delete whatever is not relevant. Convert remaining information in text or word format online so that you can edit later. Step2: Gather all printed information you can from embassies and high commissions of the country of interest, also take notes wherever possible. You are likely to get brochures, printed documents, forms and website details. File all of them together in one folder. Start removing those documents that you find less relevant or duplicates. Then scan all paper documents through a scanner and save as image files in your PC. Next, convert these image documents into word or text so that you can edit them. To convert to word or text go to google and search a site that does this online in real time quickly. Once you find right site, upload your image documents and download their text version immediately. Step 3: Once you have all information in step 1 & Step 2 in editable text, start deleting the text that does not make sense to your application. Keep on deleting till you are left with hardly 5%-10% of remaining information. Step 4: You have to fill an application form now. You can download right application form from internet. This form could be in PDF or image format. Once again convert the form online into editable format as in step 1 & step 2. Step 5: Since you have all information required in text format now, you also have the form of migration in text or word format. Select right information in steps 1 & 2, cut and paste it in the right place in the form. Do it many times till you get it right. Take a printout and carefully examine each and every entry. Chances are you will find some errors, correct those errors in your PC again and take a final print out. This way you are well equipped with your documentation, but first go to an expert or a migration agent to get your application form examined. Once you have got it right, submit your form to the Embassy or High commission of the country. If all goes ok you may have to go to process of health and police clearances. However, throughout the entire process you must take following precautions: 1) Make sure you go only to the right expert for getting your documents examined, go to one that has been recommended by country's embassy or high commission. Do not ignore this point even if it costs a bit more. You must get high quality advice to make sure you have a high quality document before you submit. 2) Be careful when you select a site to convert your documents to text or word on internet, when you google you will get heaps of sites that can convert online instantly. But you must select a site that's right for you. It can not be over emphasize that you must select a good online site for your image to text conversion. DO NOT ignore this aspect otherwise you may end up wasting a lot of your time unnecessarily. How to know which site is good? A ballpark way is to check if it's a paid or Free site. Paid is better than free in more ways than one, e.g. high quality help, talk to a human when you want, provide safe and secure environment to work online, as few cents a page may not be expensive at all. Remember Free services are often not free from viruses, piracies, phishing etc rampant on net these days. That's why paid sites are a preference for high quality outcomes you wouldn't want to risk with free sites. So think again, if you have to make a decision based on whether to pay or not to pay to edit your immigration papers online, which one would you take?
