Stop Bullying Now What Should I Do If Someone Bullies Me

What is bullying? How can you recognize the bullying? What are the signs of bullying? Actually, it is very easy to tell if you just carefully observe around yourself. Dose that sound familiar to you? Someone is hurting others by scaring them, leaving them out, using mean words, making fun of them, or harming them. These all are the clear signs of bullying.

For example, a group of children might chase a boy in the school and threaten that they will hurt him; a group of boys might roll their eyes and laugh at a girl; someone might tease a girl every day on the bus; little kids in school might say to another boy, "if you play with her, you cannot go to my birthday party."

No one deserves to be bullied. Everyone is unique and precious. How can you do to stop bullying from hurting people - including yourself?

1. Tell an adult. The parents and teachers can help you to stay away of thoughts that someone makes fun of you or scares you. They can also guide you to make new friends who will treat you kindly. This is particularly important if someone tries to hit, push, or threatens you. Until a teacher or parent is watching them, some people who bully will not stop.

2. Stay in safe place. Do not be alone. Always make sure that you are with other children. Be cautious not to be in the places where there are no adults that you know close by.

3. Tell the bully to stop. This takes courage. Tell them how you feel in a firm voice when they bully you and tell them not to do it again. Try to protect yourself even if they might get hurt if there is no other way.

4. Remember your worth. You are unique and special. Always remember the pure love from your parents. Even though others treat you unkindly, you can still feel good about yourself and the good things you do. Sometimes people get bullied just because of good things they do and say.

No body can temper what you think until you allow it happen to you. You are the captain of your life.
