An erection is caused by blood flow to the male organ. That blood flow is triggered by feelings of erotic excitement. In erotic stimulation arterial blood flows to the small arteries in the male organ. The male genitalia of roughly consist of 3 parts: the testicles, prostate and male organ. The testicles (testis or testicle), the sperm, testosterone (male hormone) and a little bit of estrogen (female hormone) production. The sperm cells are collected through tiny channels in the epididymis (epididymal). From both epididymis is a tube into the prostate. The prostate is the urethra from the bladder. The tubes end of the epididymis into the urethra. The prostate is additional fluid (prostatic fluid) added to the sperm so it can better reach the egg. It also regulates the prostate so that no urine from the bladder during relation and will ensure the ejaculation by squeezing hard together (using the muscles around the prostate).

The male organ is made from a simple urinary tract, surrounded by erectile tissue. These serve to make the male organ erect condition. The erectile can fill with blood making it up and hard. This happens under the influence of mental or physical arousal / stimulation. The nerves that make blood vessels dilate allowing more blood flows into the male organ. A certain mechanism then ensures that little blood flows back into the body. After ejaculation the blood flows out of the male organ.

These problems may be temporary or prolonged place. Sometimes, the need for relation off by these problems making it difficult and sometimes it is the need but one problem with erection. Some men may doubt the orientation so much stress that induces problems getting and keeping an erection can occur. This confirms the doubts that had been making it possible in a vicious circle end.
