Do you know what the difference is between the bottom 97% and an mlm top earner? The top earners studied marketing techniques until they found the one that would work for them. Then they worked that technique until they achieved great results. Whereas someone from the bottom 97% will never stick with one technique long enough to see results. The top 3% will choose an mlm company and work at it until they achieve success. They know that it's not necessarily the company or the compensation plan that will make them successful. People in the bottom 97% will jump around from one company to the next always hoping for success. I've heard people say that they hope this new system will work for them. Hope is not going to create a successful business. Having a hopeful mindset will not work and it must be changed right away. It is essential that you know something will work for you no matter what the cost. It is your responsibility alone to achieve success in your life, and no other person can do that for you. If you're not currently in the position you want to be in, then you must realize that it is your fault and you're the only one who can change that. Who do you associate with? You need to associate yourself with people that are more successful than you are. Think about where your 4 closest friends are in their lives. Are they more successful than you or less successful than you are? You must surround yourself with successful people. Find the leaders in your industry and talk with them, learn from them, and you will become like them. This might also mean that you need to cut certain people or things out of your daily life that are holding you back mentally. If you constantly surround yourself with people who have a mindset for success that is much lower than yours, you too will maintain that mindset. What kind of value can you offer? You need to know what value you offer to the marketplace. Everyone will have something valuable that they can share with others, you just need to figure out what yours is. If you don't have any value to give to others right now, then you can start by investing in your education. Buy different books or search the internet to study the different skills required to become successful. To become more valuable to the marketplace, you must attain a lot of knowledge about network marketing. When you have value to share with others, they will want to follow you and you will achieve success. What does it take to alter your mindset to that of an entrepreneur? Start joining in on regular company calls. Read the recommended success books such as "Think and Grow Rich", and "Rich Dad, Poor Dad". Make yourself a better leader for your team by learning everything you can about personal development. Take action right now. Decide that you're going to be an mlm top earner and never give up. Never give excuses on why you can't do something. Know that if other people have become successful with the same systems you're using, then you also can do it with a lot of hard work.
