When you find yourself feeling in a low mood, or in a funk, or simply feeling negative, there are a few simple ways that I have discovered that help to quickly bring you out of it... they are a simple seven tips... these simple strategies actually help you create a positive energy flow. Doing so works positively in two ways: first, bringing your energy vibration up noticeably increases your happiness immediately, and second, raising your energy level works to keep you on your path to attaining massive success and financial freedom. Think about this in terms of the Law of Attraction, which states that whatever is sent out into the Universe is joined by (or attracted to) energies that are of an equal frequency, resonance or vibration. There are many ways to express the "Law of Attraction": 1. Where your attention goes, your energy flows 2. That which you think about expands 3. Like attracts like 4. That which is like unto itself is drawn In essence, the Law of Attraction delivers both what is wanted and what is unwanted, depending on the vibration you send out to the Universe. When your emotions are negative, you emit a low energy, and this draws to you more negative emotions. If you are feeling positive emotions, you have a high energy vibration, and you draw in and experience positive life experiences. When you think in what I call a "lack" mentality, you invariably lower your energy and your vibration Below, I have listed seven simple ways to bring yourself out of the low-energy, lack mentality, and essentially raise your energy vibration and get yourself back into the abundance mentality. Basically, these seven ideas center around the concept of raising your 'lack' mentality and raising your energy vibration to produce an 'abundance' mentality. Now, what I have provided below is a very simple overview, a quick-fixer, and because of that I have not gone into a lot of detail behind the reasons why these work... that will be the subject of another post! And so here they are: 1. Focus on what is RIGHT. If you find yourself focusing on what is going wrong, or you focus on the unhappy things, you will be putting yourself into a lack mentality and thereby you will be lowering your energy vibration. Instead, for those times when you are focusing on what is wrong, make yourself think about all the things in your life that are right, and you will automatically find yourself raising your vibration. Sometimes that is easier said than done, but if you can start to notice the times when you are thinking about things in a negative way, and cause yourself to instead focus on something that is right, you will slowly start finding it easier and easier to focus on the right things around you, and you will astonish yourself at how many times you actually focus on the negative! 2. Focus on the ABUNDANCE. Just like when you force yourself to think about all the things that are right in your life, when you focus on the abundance in your life, you help shift yourself into the abundance mentality and as a result cause your energy to resonate at a higher vibration. 3. Express GRATITUDE for what is right and abundant in your life. Gratitude is an incredibly potent emotion, and by expressing gratitude, you automatically bring yourself into an abundance mentality and thereby raise your energy vibration. I know that it becomes very easy to take things for granted in our daily lives How much time during your day do you actually find yourself focusing on gratitude, compared to the amount of time you actually think about all the problems in your life? If you can remember to think more about expressing gratefullness for things every single day, you will automatically start bringing more good to you. When you express gratitude, you automatically cause yourself to be in an abundance mentality and thereby raise your vibration. Expressing gratitude is one of the most amazing ways to help keep yourself in the higher state of happiness. 4. "I Am Enough Today/Now/This Very Second". Many times, a lack mentality arises out of feeling that, one way or another, we are basically not enough, we are lacking somehow. If you can force yourself to stop and think, in this moment, I am enough, it will transform you immediately. 5. NO Envy or Jealousy. When you notice what others have, and you allow yourself to think jealous or envious thoughts, you are operating in a lack mentality. Allow yourself to feel this way inevitably lowers your energy vibration.. Focus instead on thinking "I would like to create that for myself." 6. No One Is Better/Worse Than Me. When you judge other people, you put yourself into a lack mentality. Instead, focus on realizing that we are all created equal, that we are all here for the same reason, and that everyone is searching for the same thing: authentic happiness and joy. 7. Connect To Spirit. Regardless of what you call it-- Spirit, God, Universal Source, Higher Power, Creative Intelligence, the Unified Field or Nature-- it all means the same thing. Connecting to Spirit is the experience of feeling connected to an energy bigger than yourself. Your life becomes more joyful and meaningful the more you are able to connect deeply. Very simply, we are each the individual expression of the Universal Spirit. When you realize that the beauty and joy surrounding you is inside of you as well, your life takes on a whole new meaning. You start living more in the flow of life. Once you begin experiencing life from that place of wonder, and connecting to a universal power, your energy simply vibrates at a much higher level, and you become healthier and happierand you find yourself handling everyday issues with more ease. So, those are seven of my quick-tip strategies for helping to raise your energy, and creating more of an abundance mentality. Not only will doing so make you much happier, but it will also allow the Law Of Attraction to work for you in bringing you the true abundance you desire in your business.
