So basically what you are doing is inducing a fat burning cycle, not by omitting one component of your diet such as carbs, but by essentially undergoing bouts of nutritional deprivation in short bursts, just long enough to induce fat burning, but not long enough to truly deny you of the critical nutrients that your body will need to maintain a well-balanced diet.
