Do You Need to Burn Fat





That seems to be a fairly common problem. Over eating never seems to cause any problem to us . We enjoy our food a lot, but we dread to see ourselves in the mirror. If we didn't over eat to begin with, there would be no problem. But it becomes really hard to eat right in today's fast paced life.


Where do you think, all the fat in your body goes? Women it's the hips. In case of men, the fat teds to accumulate around the belly . A lot of men have skinny legs and a big beer belly. Beer bellies aren't always from drinking beer. It is very important for us to burn the excessive fat to eliminate those problem areas.


Were you aware that walking for about 30 minutes at a speed of 3 miles an hour will help you to burn more fat than jogging or running the same distance in less time? It will be more effective for you to burn your excessive fat, if you walk at a slower pace, giving more time to your walk. Increasing your heart rate will increase your ability to burn fat.


It would be nice if taking a daily walk, raising your heart rate, and burning fat, would your solve all your weight problems. You will get that desired lean trim look. But it does not necessarily happen that way. If the intake of the calories is more than you are burning with the help of the strenuous workouts, you are still going to gain weight. You do still need to watch what you eat. You don't necessarily have to starve yourself. Just eating a well balanced diet should be enough. Cut out the extra deserts, but don't deprive yourself. As soon as you feel deprived, that is when you will binge. Sometimes eating anything you can lay your hands on.


Forgiving yourself important too. If you miss a few days of exercise and go off your eating plan, don't beat yourself up over it. Taking a break from the monotonous workouts is also equally important. It will do you a world of good to take a break from the regular day,watching every bite what you eat. Just hopefully don't go too far off the diet. You will notice that even if you allow yourself to eat whatever you want to, you won't go on a binge eating spree and eat everything. You would have adjusted to keeping a watch on what you eat, and will maybe eat a thing or two that you haven't been eating, but do not over do it. You have worked too long and too hard to blow it now. If you do binge, you haven't blown it. Just start fresh again the next day. Forgive yourself and move forward.


In order to achieve that slim and trim look, you need to burn fat with exercise, eat well balanced meals, and enjoy your life. You will find yourself happier, feeling more confident, and more full of energy ready to tackle whatever it is you want to do.
